The patient presented with pain symptoms on the Maxillary Left.  X-Ray, palpation, percussion testing, Electronic pulp testing and history was evaluated to determine that tooth #14 suffered from an acute apical periodontitis.  The endodontic therapy was completed in one visit.

Mini Implant Replacing Crowded Teeth 25 & 26 Ron C.

This is a classic example of crowded teeth causing a periodontal collapse.  Teeth #'s 25 & 26 were extracted and replaced with a mini implant supported crown.

Yvonne presented with multiple missing and damaged teeth.  Co-diagnosis settled upon replacing upper missing teeth with fixed prosthetics, lower crowns and implant supported distal extension lower partial.
